Great Start
On behalf of the staff of I've Got Rhythm, we just want
welcome everyone and congratulate you all on a wonderful start to our dance
year. We look forward to getting to know all our new families.
Newsletters
Newsletters come out every other month. We will not send
home news letters, but will post them on the bulletin boards and on our
website:
www.rhythmdanceschool.com
Please check often, in order to keep up to date with all
studio events.
We will still send home any letters requiring immediate attention, or
permission.
Lost & Found
Parents and students, there is a lost and found box in
the coat/shoe room. Please check this from time to time to be sure that you
have all of your belongings. If dance shoes are left behind, we place these
in the staff room for a week and then into the lost and found.
OFFICE HOURS
The office will be open for payments, questions and phone
calls
Mon-Thurs from 5:30-7:30 pm.
Please check in at these times for pick up of exam
certificates, picture orders, clothing orders, year end show videos etc.
We also have an ongoing used shoe sale during office hours. If you have
shoes you would like to sell, drop them off, labelled with your name, phone
number, and price.

Congratulations
to Nicole Fyke, Cece Ferrare, Myranda Branco and Heather
Dowling on their invitations to compete for the BATD North America
Scholarships, held in Toronto in November. This is quite an honour to be
selected by your examiner, and we are all so proud of you.

Clothing Orders
Please keep an eye out for our I've Got Rhythm Clothing
order form. We will be offering a "lululemon" type, line of clothing for
both children and adults. As well, we will be placing an immediate order for
our parade sweatshirts.
ALLERGIES
We must provide a safe environment for all our students.
Parents, please be advised that we have a number of students who have
nut/seed allergies. Please do not bring anything containing nuts or seeds to
the studio for the safety of all our students. We also have a student who is
highly allergic to fragrance, so please refrain from wearing perfume to the
studio. Thank you so much!

HALLOWEEN PARTY
We will be having our annual studio Halloween Party on
Fri. Oct. 24th from 6:00-8:00 pm. We have fun activities for all the dancers
including, crafts, a dance party, haunted house, games and lots of good
treats. Everyone must wear a costume (this includes parents). It is a fun
evening for the whole family. If you can help out by bringing drinks, treats
or baked goods, or if you have an activity or craft you would be willing to
do with the kids, please sign up on the bulletin board.
SANTA CLAUS PARADE
The Amherstview Santa Claus Parade will be coming up at
the beginning of November. A letter with more details has been sent home, as
well as a sign up sheet posted in the waiting room. This is a great event to
show your studio and community spirit.
REMINDER!!
Dancers please keep all food and drinks (with the
exception of water) in the kitchen. Also, please clean up after yourselves,
disposing of your own garbage, and washing your own dishes. We want to keep
our studio nice, please let's all work together.
